At the end of the first stage of the ISMF World Cup, the Ski Trab athletes are coming back with lot of points in all the categories.
In the French village of Aussois, the Individual race has been under an important rain and a great snow-fall was waiting for the sprint race.
First important points in the Overall category for Robert Antonioli, former leader, with the first place in the Individual after a great downhill against Matteo Eydallin and Werner Marti.
In the Senior ladies, second place for Marianne Fatton and the first podium for Giulia Murada, third at the end behind Axelle Mollaret. Giulia got also the gold medal in the Espoir just ahead of Mara Martini and Ekaterina Osichkina for a full-skitrabber podium.
Davide Magnini is still the Espoir leader with Nicolò Canclini and Hans-Inge Klette on the podium.
In the Junior category first gold for Matteo Sostizzo with the second place of Aurélien Gay and Samantha Bertolina, first in ladies with Caroline Ulrich just behind.
Antonioli is still leading the Overall thanks to the second place in the Sprint race, just behind Iwan Arnold; same for Marianne Fatton, the first Senior specialist!
Two skitrabber even on the Espoir podium with the first place of Mara Martini (La Sportiva) and the third of Giulia Muarada. Same result for Espoir men with the gold of Hans-Inge Klette and the third of Nicolò Canclini.
In the Junior two gold medals for the Ski Trab Team with Samantha Bertolina confirming her leadership (just in front of Lisa Moreschini) and Aurélien Gay.
Good recovery for Maximilien Drion after an injury that obliged him to stop at the Sprint race.
